Who do you think should win best director at the Oscars in early 2020?
(Vote in the comments)
-Quentin Tarantino (Once Upon A Time In Hollywood)
-Sam Mendes (1917)
-Noah Baumbach (Marriage Story)
-Bong Joon-ho (Parasite)
May the best director win!
My vote is with Sam Mendes...
Quentin Tarantino, just over Sam Mendes. Both directors made movies about times and people that meant a lot to them personally, but Tarantino took it a step further, changing the ending of a horrible reality to tell a story as it should have turned out. If the Manson clan had been caught and stopped or killed before they did so much damage, the country would have been a different and happier place.
